The day
We run it
Our team arrives first and leaves last. One number to call.
In detail
- First call (Week 1). A 30-minute call or a visit to our Kadavanthra office. We note the date, guest count, customs, budget range and what matters most to you.
- Proposal and quote (Week 1–2). Within five working days you get a written plan: venue options, decor mood board and an itemised quote with every partner named.
- Venue visits and design (2–4 months before). We visit shortlisted venues with you, finalise decor, menus with the caterer and the photography shot list.
- Run sheet and rehearsal (1 week before). A minute-by-minute run sheet goes to the family and every partner. We walk through the venue and timings a few days before.
- The day itself (The day). Our team arrives before the florists and leaves after the last vehicle. You get one coordinator's number for every question.
